Welcome to IRWA South Texas Chapter 39. Chapter 39 is entering its 63rd year as a chapter of the International Right of Way Association. Even though this past year has come with a significant amount of challenges, Chapter 39 continues to strive to serve our members in the San Antonio, South Texas and Rio Grande Valley with educational and networking opportunities.
If you are new to the IRWA and are interested in finding out more about membership, I would encourage you to reach out to myself or our Membership Chair. We would also like to invite you to join us at one of our monthly luncheons which are always free for first time guests. For our established members, I would like to encourage you to stay engaged in the chapter by attending our monthly chapter meetings and numerous course offerings we host throughout the year.

IRWA Chapter 39 is the South Texas regional division of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
IRWA is an organization of more than 10,000 professionals who acquire, manage, and transfer the land rights needed for building and maintaining energy and transportation infrastructure.
